Frequently asked questions
I paid, but the content is still locked
Open the app, reach the purchase screen, and choose Restore Purchase (“שחזור קנייה”). On Android the purchase is tied to your Google Account, so restoring works on any device you are signed in to — including a new phone. On iPhone and iPad it is tied to your Apple Account in the same way.
Is this a subscription?
No. There is one optional purchase, paid once. There are no recurring charges and no further payments of any kind.
Why does the app ask me to type numbers?
That is the parental gate. It keeps a young child from starting a payment or opening an email on their own. The numbers are spelled out in words, so an adult (or a confident reader) can pass it, and a three-year-old cannot.
The app plays sound when my phone is on silent
This is deliberate — the recordings are the lesson, so the app would be useless without them. The app will not interrupt music or a podcast you already have playing.
Does the app work without internet?
Yes. Everything except making the purchase works offline.
What data do you collect about my child?
None at all. The app collects nothing, has no ads, and contains no tracking or analytics. See our privacy policy.
The app is in the wrong language
Press and hold the flag button at the bottom-left of the opening screen for about a second, then choose Hebrew, English, or Russian.
How do I open the About screen?
Press and hold the “?” button at the bottom-right of the opening screen.
Which devices are supported?
- Android: any phone or tablet running Android 8.0 (Oreo, API 26) or later.
- iPhone / iPad: iOS 17 or later.
I’m a closed-test tester — how do I install it?
Use the Google Play opt-in link we sent you and install from Google Play. Please don’t sideload the APK: a sideloaded build cannot reach Google Play billing, so the purchase screen will not work.
